In order to provide the highest quality of SNUBA tours and guest satisfaction, SNUBA has created the SNUBA Secret Shopper Program. The Secret Shopper Program invites SNUBA guests to complete a 2-page survey about their SNUBA experience in exchange for a $50 rebate! Secret Shoppers will rate their SNUBA experience on professionalism, safety standards, entertainment, education and overall satisfaction.
